BMA Coal Canada conference

Jointly owned with Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd, BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, and the world's largest supplier to the seaborne coking coal market.
In 2011, Platform Communications was engaged by BHP Billiton BMA Coal to develop a bold and unique marketing concept for a joint recruitment campaign to be launched at the Opportunities Australia EXP0 2011 in Canada.
Platform produced a creative and stylish marketing concept to promote BHP Billiton BMA Coal as Australian employers of choice at the expo.
The Platform design team produced a dynamic Australiana-themed booth for the expo, along with a fully-dressed interview room that featured BHP Billiton BMA Coal corporate branding.
Platform developed and supplied a full suite of marketing collateral, including the production of a DVD.
The Platform team managed global logistics to deliver the exhibition booths and marketing collateral for the Canadian expo. This included supplying delegates with detailed briefing packs, incorporating key messages, communication tactics and safety information.
Australian Underground Drilling wins new tender

A new client to Platform, Australian Underground Drilling (AUD) is a privately owned business that aims to provide underground drilling services to Western Australia.
The company has exciting new growth opportunities and has recently been awarded the underground drilling contract at Paulsen's Gold Mine owned by Northern Star Resources. This contract tender is for two years with a third year option. AUD has recently appointed a 12-man team to work on the drilling contract at the mine.
AUD engaged Platform Communications to develop a complete communications strategy including marketing and branding of stationary and corporate communications.
KHC’s business win

Kellie Hill Consulting (KHC) has had another successful year of business growth in its tenth operating year.
KHC has a team of eight staff working from the head office in Perth that specialise in Aboriginal heritage, Native Title negotiations, field logistics and basic environmental approvals. KHC also has a strong network of archaeologists, anthropologists and lawyers who assist KHC in providing the best possible advice.
Recently, KHC was invited to produce an advertisement for Visa Business Card's ‘gobiz' campaign to showcase business development and growth.
Platform is proud to have worked with KHC in developing their logo, corporate identity and stationary and assisting with the quarterly newsletter. We congratulate the company on its business success and look forward to the developments in the coming year.
