Platform donates services to improve Indigenous health

Platform Communications has reaffirmed its ongoing support for West Australian not-for-profit group EON Foundation.

EON Foundation aims to improve the well being of Indigenous Western Australians by providing resources for sustainable projects such as community vegetable gardens and orchards and nutrition programs.

The charity group is the brainchild of well-known Perth corporate communications advisor Carloine De Mori. Fellow board members include leading Perth solicitors Katrina Burton and Clair Medhurst.

Platform donated its services to produce EON’s 2011 Annual Report, managed its 2011 corporate luncheon and annual report launch and developed a 2012 marketing and branding plan.

Platform Director Kirsty Danby said the communications agency would continue to provide in-kind assistance to EON in 2012. “EON is a fabulous initiative that delivers real and positive change to some of our most isolated Indigenous communities in WA,” Kirsty said. “I am delighted that Platform is in the position to help EON deliver its innovative program.”
