We were incredibly moved at the WA Mining Club‘s annual St Barbara’s Day Luncheon today. We honored those that had lost their lives in service and came together to contribute to Lifeline WA and support the incredible Miners’ Promise.
Our CEO Kirsty Danby, alongside Associate Directors Chantel Cullen and Peter Mizen, attended the WA Mining Club St Barbara’s Day Luncheon with special guests Sandra Carroll (Evolution Mining), Andrew Stanbury (Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS), Rubini Ventouras (Australian Capital Equity), Stephanie Unwin (Arc Infrastructure), Mark Davidson (SGS), Jacinta Barnett GAICD (DAMPIER SALT LIMITED) and Melinda Hayes.
It was lovely to hear from industry champion and all round great person Dale Elphinstone AO, Executive Chairman and Founder of Elphinstone Pty Ltd. His story and humble approach was truly inspirational. Even ask ChatGPT about him, hey Tim McMillan!
Thank you to Jordan Pedley, Cassandra Brennan and the WA Mining Club for hosting such an important day in the industry calendar.
